At TITAN Lithium, we are always on the hunt to improve our products, service and ourselves in order to live up to the highest of standards that our customers have come to expect. Because of this, we are proud to announce we are the latest member of British Marine, British Marine Electrical and Electronics AssociationSuperyacht UK. By becoming a member, we strengthen our support and knowledge to owners and marine-based firms, as well provide extra reassurance by conforming to the association's code of practice.

Code of Practice

By becoming a member, we have an annual review to ensure we meet the expectations and standards we've agreed to. Some of which are:

  • Compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Maintenance of all relevant insurance
  • Ensurance of the highest possible standard of service
  • Customer support speed
  • Dispute mediation processes

By adhering to this code, we ensure we will be giving our customers nothing but the best possible service and assurance.

Benefits

British Marine serves as a source of expertise and guidance in the marine industry, and plays a important role in promoting and protecting the interests of its members and their customers. Their focus is to foster the industry's growth and sustainability in the years to come and they aim to do this by:

  • Advocating & lobbying at national and international levels
    • They collaborate with government bodies and regulatory agencies to benefit those in the marine sector
  • Member support and resource hub
    • They provide members like us with technical, legal and environmental advice & support along with research and industry data
  • Provide skill development & training
  • Provide global promotion of the UK marine industry
  • Environmental support
    • By encouraging and supporting sustainable practices, they hope to reduce the overall ecological impact of the marine instrusty; something we are especially focused on

The British Marine Electronics Association

As a member of British Marine, we have subsequently become a member of the The British Marine Electronics Association (BMEEA). The BMEEA's focus is much like the umbrella code of practice that British Marine imposes, but has a narrow focus on marine electronics, electrical training and high standards of service for marine electrics.

A big benefit for TITAN is that the BMEEA is partnered with NEMA (National Marine Electronics Association); with all of our batteries now NEMA2000 compatible, this membership strengthens our ability to support and guide our customers from installation, maintenance and fault finding as well as bolster our own technical knowledge with NEMA.

Superyacht UK

Much like our membership of BMEEA, we also have become a member of Superyacht UK. This association specialises in large yachts and their intricacies. Lithium batteries and yachts are a match made in heaven, so it made perfect sense for us to become a member to ensure we provide the highest of standards to the pinnacle of marine craft.

Through collaboration of members, trade bodies and government policy, Superyacht UK and it's members aim to provide the highest quality products and services to consumers and other businesses.
