Battery Size Calculator
Below are three calculators we use internally to help us guage current demands and battery sizing so we thought it a good idea to share the same tools to our customers in order to help size up your next TITAN battery. Bear in mind: always add in at least a 10% threshold to battery capacity requirements!
Battery Capacity Calculator - simple & fast
Enter the battery volage and Ah rating (found in the table below) of your chosen battery, then tap the 'other battery parameters' dropdown and enter your discharge current to see how long each battery will last.
Battery Life Calculator - detailed with sleep modes & wattages
Enter the chosen battery capacity (use Ah) and set the discharge safety to 0%. Enter sleep/awake mode time as applicable, and then your current draw or wattage of your device(s) - this can be found on the back of most appliances. Remember - watts are the same in DC and AC draws.
Battery Size Calculator - will show how much capacity you need based on energy demands
Enter your application load in watts (total of your system), select lithium-ion and use the battery voltage of your chosen battery (in table below), then how long you need your system to be powerd for, and if you wish to add in a buffer (remaining charge).
