Delete Your TITAN App Account
The TITAN Battery Monitor app, published by Groves Batteries Ltd, provides this page so you can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it, in line with the UK GDPR and Google Play's User Data policy.
How to request deletion
Email us at info@titanlithium.co.uk from the email address you used to register your TITAN account. Please put "Account deletion request" in the subject line so we can route it to the right team.
You do not need to give a reason. We will reply to confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased from our systems:
- Your user profile (name, email address, Firebase Authentication account, account creation date)
- Your battery garage (claimed batteries, custom names, ownership records)
- Your AI chat history with the TITAN AI Engineer
- Push notification tokens and any device identifiers tied to your account
- Any stored support correspondence created from inside the app
What is kept (and why)
The following is retained for legal, safety and warranty reasons:
- Anonymised battery telemetry (voltage, current, cell health events) - kept for up to 7 years for warranty diagnostics and product-safety analysis. After deletion, this data can no longer be linked back to you.
- Aggregated, non-personal usage analytics - Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics events that have already been aggregated and cannot be re-identified.
- Order history for physical batteries you have purchased from titanlithium.co.uk - kept under our standard warranty records, separate from the app account and governed by the main store privacy policy.
If you want partial deletion (for example, just the AI chat history but keeping your account), state that in your email and we will action it under the same 30-day window.
