TITAN Lithium ships to 27 destinations across Europe (including the Republic of Ireland, Norway and Switzerland) on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms via DPD. Your order total at checkout includes local VAT and any duties owed - no second invoice from the courier, no clearance fees, no nasty surprises. Typical delivery is 3-5 working days from Cheltenham.

TITAN Lithium is the in-house premium brand of Groves Batteries Ltd - a Cheltenham-based battery specialist trading since 1948. We engineer the BMS, the comms package and the QC process ourselves, then hand-build to our spec sheet at a partner factory. Every battery passes through our end-pack QC in Cheltenham before it ships - regardless of whether it's destined for Devon or Dresden.
The lifetime warranty is the same wherever you live across our European shipping destinations. It is fully transferable, has no registration requirement and is module-based for repair, not replace. You can read the full lifetime warranty terms in plain English.

Since Brexit, most UK-to-Europe sellers ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. DAP looks cheaper at checkout but the courier collects local VAT and a clearance fee from you before they hand over the parcel. For a typical lithium battery order this adds €30-90 of unexpected cost and often a few days of delay.
We ship on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. We pre-pay your local VAT and any duties owed through our IOSS / OSS registrations, our courier delivers the parcel and you have nothing more to pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. End of.
For VAT-registered business buyers who'd rather recover the VAT through their own books - marine yards, motorhome converters, OEMs, fitters - we offer EXW (Ex Works) terms instead. We release the goods VAT-free from Cheltenham, you arrange your own collection or use one of our preferred carriers, and you reclaim the VAT through your local return.
