DIN Drop-In Lithium Batteries
Drop in lithium batteries: for the easiest upgrate to lithium
These TITAN Lithium batteries are designated as 'drop in' as they come in standardised low height DIN sized cases - the same dimensions as existing lead-acid leisure batteries. Offering unlimited fitment flexibility, these batteries are all 175mm wide and 190mm tall so can be installed in small spaces, or under seats with the added benefit of not needing to amend or replace existing battery locations.
Our batteries are drop-in replacements of popular existing low-height leisure batteries:
XV190MF, EXV175, DC25MF, ET650, XV190MF, 95751, ES900, EP800, LED60, XV110, LED70, LED95, SFL-110LL, & many others
What is a Drop in Lithium Battery?
A drop in lithium battery is designed for seamless replacement of traditional batteries. These batteries feature a specific configuration that allows users to simply swap them out without any modifications. Therefore, when you decide to upgrade your power source, a drop in lithium battery simplifies the process. They offer a compatible solution that fits various devices, making battery replacements much easier and more efficient.
Benefits of Using Drop in Lithium Batteries
There are many advantages when choosing a drop in lithium battery over traditional options. Not only are they lighter and more compact, but they also provide higher energy density. This means longer usage times between charges. Additionally, these batteries have better lifespan compared to standard lead-acid batteries, reducing the frequency of replacements. As a result, you'll enjoy reliability and ease of use without worrying about constantly changing your power source.
Applications of Drop in Lithium Batteries
Drop in lithium batteries are versatile and applicable across a wide range of devices and industries. You can find them in everything from electric vehicles to power tools and solar energy systems. Because they are designed for easy installation, you can upgrade appliances and gadgets at home without professional help. This adaptability makes them a popular choice among users looking to maintain efficiency and performance across various applications.
Fits where your lead-acid lived
True DIN-format cases that slot straight into your existing battery tray. No rewiring, no new locker. 80Ah to 260Ah of usable lithium in the footprint you already have.
Shop DIN drop-in→ High-CapacityMaximum energy per pound
Compact group cases packing 230Ah to 460Ah, plus 24V. For installs built around capacity and run-time rather than tray fitment. The best value per amp-hour we make.
Shop high-capacity→DIN-format packs cost more to build. Constrained automotive case sizes mean custom tooling, tighter cell formats and more hand-assembly per pack. You pay for the engineering that makes lithium fit where lead-acid lived. High-capacity cases are simpler boxes, so the price per amp-hour is lower. Same cells, same TITAN BMS, same lifetime warranty in both ranges. Why TITAN costs what it costs →
