Right of withdrawal.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period on online orders - you can withdraw from your contract without giving a reason, starting the day your order is delivered. UK customers have the same window under our returns policy. Use the form below to withdraw.

STEP 1

Enter your name, email and order reference (the TL number on your order confirmation), then confirm your withdrawal and submit.

STEP 2

We send you an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.

STEP 3

If your order has not shipped, we cancel and refund in full. If it has, we arrange the return - refunds are made within 14 days of withdrawal using your original payment method.

GOOD TO KNOW

The cooling-off period does not affect your lifetime warranty, which applies from day one and is fully transferrable. For orders already delivered, batteries should be returned unused and in their original UN-approved packaging.
