Good to know · insurance

Fitted your TITAN in a boat or motorhome? Let your insurer know.

Most marine and leisure-vehicle policies ask to be told about changes to the battery system, and a quick call protects your cover. Tell them you have fitted a TITAN LiFePO4 battery that is CE and UKCA marked, UN38.3 transport tested and RoHS compliant, with a sealed case and a custom BMS protecting against over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit and over-temperature. If your install includes a lithium-rated main fuse, mention that too. Your datasheet covers anything else they ask - and there is more detail in the FAQ.
