Why TITAN costs what it costs.

A TITAN battery is rarely the cheapest on the page, and never the most expensive. This page explains exactly where the money goes - so you can decide whether it is worth it. We think you will find it is.

Where the money goes

Six things you are actually paying for.

01

A lifetime warranty, properly provisioned

Lifetime, fully transferrable, module-based so we repair rather than replace. A long warranty costs nothing to print - it only costs money the day it is honoured. We reserve for that day on every battery sold.

02

A custom BMS, not a catalogue part

The TITAN BMS is designed by us to match the cells we use. Highest mosfet count in class, heat-sinked, anti-vibration silicone on every contact, and module-based so it can be repaired, not binned.

03

Comms that speak your system's language

Native Victron communication out of the box, with optional NMEA2000 for Raymarine, Mastervolt and others. A unique comms package: third-party kit can read everything and overwrite nothing.

04

End-pack QC in Cheltenham

Before any TITAN ships, our own team in Cheltenham visually inspects it and tests its comms and Bluetooth. Every battery, every time - nothing leaves untested.

05

Premium cells, graded to our spec

EVE cells primarily, some CATL - graded and hand-built into packs by our partner factory to a TITAN spec sheet. Cell quality is the difference between year three and year thirty - and the app fleet data shows it.

06

Engineering that fits

True DIN-format cases need custom tooling, constrained cell formats and more hand-assembly per pack. Cheaper per amp-hour exists. It does not fit where your lead-acid battery lived.

The honest comparison

Premium build. Not premium-brand pricing.

Put a TITAN next to any premium lithium brand in the UK or Europe, size for size. You will typically pay £100 to £300 less for a TITAN, with a longer warranty and better comms. We can do that because we sell direct, grow deliberately, and come from a family battery business trading since 1948 - we are not in a hurry, and we do not cut corners to look cheap. And the proof is now measurable: live data from the TITAN app shows most batteries in the fleet tracking toward a 25 to 30 year life expectancy at their current usage.
