Live battery detail, service notes and built-in support messaging.

Trade partners pre-claim a battery by entering the unique battery ID into their portal when the battery arrives with them. They can link it to an invoice, install job or customer record before handover, so when that customer connects through the TITAN app, the battery is already tied to the right support trail instead of becoming an anonymous Bluetooth device in the field.

The fleet overview shows every registered battery at a glance: live or offline state, state of charge, voltage, temperature and last seen time. From there, partners can drill into the battery detail for protection flags, cell balance, lifetime fault counters and recent history, making it much easier to tell whether a battery is actually faulty or simply flat, undercharged, left in hibernation or being abused.

The service log keeps install notes, issue history and outcomes against the battery itself. Partners can record what was fitted, what was checked, and what happened next, then notify TITAN from the same log so we can reply back with context - an instant support thread built into the portal rather than another disconnected email chain.

It also opens the door for proactive aftercare. If a customer battery is drifting low, repeatedly being pulled too hard or showing patterns that will cause problems later, you can warn them before it becomes a support call. For dropship orders, where the trade partner will not see the battery ID before dispatch, TITAN can pre-claim the battery on their behalf.

The app and portal software are designed and built in Cheltenham. Battery hardware is built to a TITAN spec sheet by our partner factory, then end-pack QC is completed in Cheltenham before dispatch.

Approved accounts can browse batteries, accessories, cables and fuses with clear product names, photos, dimensions, short specs, downloadable documents and stock bands. RRP sits beside the private trade price inside the portal so resellers can see the commercial picture quickly.

We are actively working towards market leading margins for trade, with pricing updates published inside the portal before they take effect.

This is not a public discount code. Pricing is hidden until an account is approved, payment options are account-controlled, and trade terms, distributor pricing and credit limits are managed by the TITAN team.

Ordering flow

From portal request to confirmed trade order.

Orders are routed into the normal TITAN order process once payment or approved credit is confirmed, keeping product data, fulfilment and back-office handling aligned without asking trade customers to email lists back and forth.

Use Wise bank transfer, card payment or approved 30-day EOM credit terms depending on your account.

Step 03We confirm it

Once payment or account terms are confirmed, the order moves into processing and fulfilment.

Step 04Preclaim and support

Enter the battery ID in your portal, or ask TITAN to do it for dropship orders where you will not see the label.
