13.8V output only takes TITAN to ~80% on its own, but usually ships paired with a Truma SDC25 solar MPPT that finishes the charge to 100%. Worth confirming the Truma is fitted and on its Lithium profile (DIP up/down/up/up).

Charges at 14.3V which is 0.1V below our recommended - still charges to 100%, but does take time to get there.

These PWM's are set to 14.6V which is a little high, but still charges to 100%. PWM is an old method of solar charging - recommend to switch to PV Logic MPPT Pro or Victron MPPTs.
