01 / ROUTES
Start with the shortest route that meets the specification. We will tell you which one fits after the engineering review.
ROUTE A
A standard TITAN pack, set up for your system.
The same tested cells, case and BMS hardware, with the firmware and options changed to suit: CANBUS or RS485 protocol, charge and discharge limits, heater logic, low standby drain, or the Bluetooth module removed.
ROUTE B
A pack designed around your enclosure and your load.
New dimensions, voltage, capacity, terminals, mounting, case material or insulation. We design the pack and the BMS programme, our partner factory hand-builds it to a TITAN spec sheet, and every unit passes end-pack QC in Cheltenham.
ROUTE C
Keep the equipment. Replace the battery.
When the original cell or pack is out of production, we match the footprint, connector and electrical behaviour, usually adding protection the original never had. Re-qualifying equipment around a new battery costs far more than matching the old one.

05 / DOCUMENTATION
The paperwork matters as much as the pack. Every project includes the documents needed to integrate, ship and maintain it.
Further testing, such as IEC 62619 at pack level or a technical file for a notified body, is scoped in the quotation where your sector requires it.

No. We build single prototypes as well as production runs. On small quantities, freight and lead time drive the cost more than volume, and the quotation states both before anything is committed.
A typical programme is 1-2 weeks of engineering, 4 weeks of production and 4-6 weeks of sea freight. Air freight shortens the final stage when the deadline needs it. New designs that need prototype sign-off take longer, and the quotation sets out the programme.
TITAN is a UK battery company. We design the packs, the BMS and the documentation in Cheltenham, our partner factory hand-builds them to a TITAN spec sheet, and every pack passes end-pack QC in Cheltenham before it ships. On a custom project you deal directly with the engineers who design it.
Where the pack stays close to our standard range, as most configured packs do, the same lifetime warranty applies, fully transferrable. For more bespoke designs, the warranty is agreed per project and stated in the quotation, so the terms are clear before you order.
Yes. Send the original's datasheet if you have it, its dimensions, connector details and photos. We match the footprint and electrical behaviour, usually with better protection than the original. Our legacy military project replaced a discontinued Kokam pouch cell this way.
Yes, with the right design. Lithium cells must not be charged below freezing, so cold-site packs use internal heating, insulation and a BMS programme that only charges once the cells are warm. On the British Antarctic Survey project the heater runs from the solar input alone, so it never drains the stored energy.
Yes. For sites that prohibit radio-emitting devices, the Bluetooth module is physically removed rather than switched off in software, as on our nuclear-site build.
Yes. We prepare the dangerous-goods packing, labelling and paperwork for air, sea and road, and supply the safety and transport documents the carrier asks for. We have shipped to four continents.
Only in production quantities. We don't take on single or small-batch e-bike packs.
